To connect the Starfit APP with the scale, follow these steps: 1. Download the Starfit APP and complete the registration. 2. Click on "Account" and locate "My Devices". 3. Tap the "+" icon in the top right corner, then click on the "Bluetooth" logo on the page to enter the "Searching for the smart devices" mode. 4. When you find "Runstar-RX" (the Bluetooth name of the scale), click on it to complete the connection. A connected logo will appear on the scale's screen.

The Starfit APP syncs with Apple Health, Google Fit, and Fitbit, making it compatible with Fitdays. The scale's bright TFT screen in full color displays 7 key body composition metrics, including the difference from the previous result, immediately after the measurement. (Bluetooth pairing with the scale must be done in the Starfit APP prior to the measurement).

The Runstar 8-electrode bathroom scale measures 28 body composition metrics through the simultaneous high and low dual-frequency current measurement of the upper limbs, lower limbs, and torso. It provides accurate data on BMI, body fat, and muscle mass. The "athlete mode" is recommended for those who exercise frequently, as it has a more accurate algorithm.

The Starfit APP allows you to track your health progress by saving every measurement. You can review your records by day, week, month, or year, and easily monitor your weight loss or muscle gain. Additionally, the app enables you to create analysis reports that can be printed and shared with loved ones or on social media platforms.

The Runstar Smart Scale has a larger weighing surface measuring 300300mm (1313 inches) and extended electrode pads to accommodate various foot sizes. It can support unlimited users and up to 24 profiles can be created using a single Starfit APP account, making it ideal for families and fitness groups. However, only one account (1 device) can be connected to the Scale at a time.

The body fat scale uses a TYPE C charging port and can be used for up to 120 days on a full charge, making it environmentally friendly and practical, while reducing the inconvenience of frequent battery replacement. To ensure accuracy, the scale should be used on a flat, dry, non-carpeted floor. Avoid standing on the edge of the scale or jumping on it to prevent injury.
